About Damani Lealh
Employment law is more than a profession to me; it’s a commitment to uphold justice and ensure fair treatment in the workplace. My passion for this field is deeply rooted in my belief that our jobs are integral to our identities and well-being. This understanding motivates me to advocate for individuals experiencing workplace disputes, guiding them towards a resolution that allows them to move forward positively in their lives.
Before joining Monaco Solicitors, I gained legal tech experience in conveyancing with Infotrack. During my time at the University of Leeds, I also tutored secondary school students for their exams. These experiences have equipped me with a valuable set of skills that I now apply in my role as a trainee solicitor, focusing on achieving justice for our clients through meticulous case preparation and empathetic client interactions.
